Two different questions, answered by two different things. Who is available comes from what is actually being added across fantasy leagues — you cannot add a rostered player, so it answers that directly, including for rookies that no production history can identify. Who is worth having is ours, and it sets the order: this list is ranked by our projection, not by how popular a player is.

They are left off rather than sorted to the bottom at zero, which would imply we had rated them.
